The organization was formed as a business group of The DCT JAPAN in 1998 and in 1999 was named as an industry-focused business unit.
At the same time, a wholly owned subsidiary of DCT HK International Co.,Ltd was also integrated into the DCT organization.
In January 2007, DCT INC. acquired Guangdong Lunan Factory as DCT Motorsport Co.,Ltd, which has served the vehicle industry as an important supplier since 1995 in China.
